Wikipedia - Lionsbridge FC

Lionsbridge Football Club, or Lionsbridge FC, is an American soccer club based in Newport News, Virginia. The club was founded in 2017, and play in USL League Two. The club's colors are blue, black and white, and the club is named for the Lions Bridge, the iconic Peninsula landmark that has stood along the James River and in the Mariners' Museum Park since 1923. The team plays its home games at TowneBank Stadium on the campus of Christopher Newport University.

Lionsbridge FC är en amerikansk fotbollsklubb baserad i Los Angeles, Kalifornien. Klubben grundades 2017 och spelar för närvarande i National Independent Soccer Association (NISA). Lionsbridge FC ägs av den svenska företagaren Johan Pensar och drivs av den tidigare USA-landslagsmannen Jérome Pradon.

Lionsbridge FC:s hemmaarena är Dignity Health Sports Park i Carson, Kalifornien. Arenan har en kapacitet på 27 000 åskådare. Lionsbridge FC:s färger är marinblå, röd och vit.

Lionsbridge FC har ett samarbete med den svenska klubben IFK Göteborg. Samarbetet innebär att klubbarna delar spelare och tränare.

Lionsbridge FC har ett antal kända spelare i sin trupp, inklusive den tidigare USA-landslagsmannen Benny Feilhaber och den tidigare engelska Premier League-spelaren Shaun Wright-Phillips.

Lionsbridge FC är en av de mest lovande klubbarna i NISA. Klubben har ambitioner att ta steget upp till Major League Soccer (MLS) inom de närmaste åren.
