Wikipedia - III liga

III liga (Trzecia liga) is a Polish football league that sits in the fourth tier of the Polish football league system. Until the end of the 2007–08 season, III liga referred to a league at the third tier (now called II liga) but this was changed with the formation of the Ekstraklasa as the top level league in Poland.

Groups of III liga are divided based on administrative division of Poland. Top teams of III liga are promoted to II liga and bottom teams are relegated to IV liga.

**Polen - III Liga**

Polen - III Liga är den tredje högsta divisionen i det polska fotbollssystemet. Den består av 18 lag som spelar 34 matcher vardera under en säsong. De två bästa lagen i tabellen befordras till II Liga, medan de två nedersta lagen nedflyttas till IV Liga.

III Liga är en viktig utvecklingsliga för unga polska spelare. Många av Polens bästa spelare har spelat i III Liga innan de gick vidare till större klubbar. Ligan är också hem för ett antal erfarna spelare som inte längre håller på toppnivå.
