Colegio Los Leones de Quilpué is a Chilean professional basketball club from Quilpué, the capital of the Marga Marga Province in central Chile. The team competes in the international Liga Sudamericana de Básquetbol and the national Liga Nacional de Básquetbol de Chile.
Leones de Quilpue är en chilensk basketklubb som är baserad i Quilpue, Valparaíso. Klubben grundades 1959 och spelar i Liga Nacional de Básquetbol de Chile, den högsta divisionen i chilensk basket.
Leones har vunnit sex nationella mästerskap, 1968, 1969, 1974, 1976, 1981 och 1996. De har också vunnit två Copa Chiles, 1983 och 1997.
Klubben har en rik historia och har fostrat många av Chiles bästa basketspelare, inklusive Patricio Briones, Miguel Bunster och Mauricio Quezada.
Leones spelar sina hemmamatcher i Coliseo Municipal de Quilpue, en arena med en kapacitet på 2 000 åskådare.
