Lane College Eagles är herrarnas basketlag för Lane College, ett historiskt svart college i Jackson, Tennessee. Eagles tävlar i Division II i National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) som medlem i Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC). Laget spelar sina hemmamatcher på J.F. Lane Gymnasium i Jackson. Lane College Eagles är ett av de mest framgångsrika basketlag i NCAA Division II-historien, med tre nationella mästerskapstitel. Lagets första nationella titel kom 1960, följt av ytterligare titlar 1975 och 1982. Eagles har också vunnit sex SIAC-mästerskapskonferenser. Nuvarande huvudtränare för Lane College Eagles är Brian Collins.
