2nd Infantry är ett fotbollslag från Gambia som spelar i den gambiska första divisionen. Laget grundades 1997 och är baserat i Banjul. Lagets hemmaarena är Independence Stadium.

2nd Infantry har vunnit den gambiska cupen två gånger, 2005 och 2010. I den gambiska första divisionen har laget vunnit tre titlar, 1998, 2000 och 2004. I afrikanska turneringar har laget aldrig gått vidare till gruppspelet.
